Several years ago we had decided to use the blog format as a way to share our listings. As one can see... it didn't last long.
Since then The Schwark Team has utilized social media to promote not only our listings, but also our real estate business.
We felt it was a time to renew our blog. Not only to share our listings, but to also share posts that could be helpful and relevant to the geographic areas where we specialize.
So today begins a new chapter in our blog! We are excited and will share content at least twice per week, and some times three posts per week. From listings, to selling tips, home staging as well as home maintenance. Even if you aren't thinking of moving for years, it's important to care for your investment!
Our plan is to have posts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Or Tuesday Thursday. Alternating throughout the month.
Also, if you have an idea or topic you would like more information about, we would LOVE to hear suggestions and get your input.
